NGI Frequency ends the season with a Home Run! NGI Frequency ended the season strongly at SAPA Championships in Macon, Ga on March 28 2009. The group finished 2nd in their class to Chattanooga Independent who went on to place 5th at WGI in Dayton,Oh. " This season has been one exciting journey that ended great! I am so proud of the group this year, and through all the trials I could not have asked for a better membership than this year," said Executive Director Matt Young. NGI Frequency set many group as well as circuit records this year including: the highest score posted in the circuit for IPA (87.2) at Forsyth Central, 2 time Sawnee Mountain Invitational IPA champions, 2009 WGI Spartanburg IPA Champions, 2nd time 2nd place finalist at SAPA Championships. Thank you again to all the Staff, members, supporters and parents for your help in a great season this year and look forward to a great and exciting 2010. NGI Frequency joins the IP Family IP would like to welcome NGI Frequency indoor performing ensemble under Executive Director/Percussion Caption Head Matt Young to the IP family. Founded in 2007, Frequency had an impressive run during its first year of competition within the SAPA circuit, placing 2nd at Pope, 2nd at Chapel Hill, and 1st at Forsyth Central shows. They placed 2nd overall in the Independent 'A' classification for the 2008 SAPA Championships. With headquarters in Carrollton, Georgia, look for Frequency to keep a busy schedule within the SAPA and WGI circuits for the 2009 competitive season. |
